I'm a designer from Cape Town, South Africa. Through my company, Mielie, I try to create jobs by designing contemporary products that are handcrafted by a talented group of women from the greater Cape Town area. Wherever possible we use recycled materials and we always consider the impact that our actions have on the enviroment.
